STEPHEN KWAN (CEO & FOUNDER)
Stephen Kwan is the founder of Crystal Veritas, a ministry dedicated to helping Christians live out their faith in every season of life—through times of suffering, triumph, and everything in between. With a deep passion for equipping believers to align their lives with God’s Word rather than the world’s fleeting messages, Stephen has created a collection of Christian literature, prayer journals, and pamphlets designed to guide individuals toward a Christ-centered life.
Stephen’s journey is as diverse as it is inspiring. Holding four engineering degrees—a PhD in Fluid Dynamics, a Master’s in Telecommunications, a Master’s in Water Engineering, and a Bachelor’s in Electronic Engineering—Stephen has spent much of his career solving complex problems and innovating in the field of engineering. He is the CEO of OSEI, where he has designed cutting-edge training aids for student pilots and developed the Crystal Mic, a trusted microphone attachment used by airline pilots worldwide. As a commercial flight instructor for both helicopters and airplanes, Stephen understands the importance of precision, discipline, and focus—qualities he brings to his ministry.
Beyond his technical expertise, Stephen holds a Master’s in Christian Studies from the renowned Regent College, where he studied under many famous professors including the late Dr. J.I. Packer who was a great inspiration to him. This theological foundation, combined with his personal experiences, has shaped Stephen’s heart for helping others navigate life’s challenges with faith and resilience. Having served as a helicopter mechanic with the USA Army in Iraq for over a year, Stephen knows firsthand what it means to work with difficult people, endure stressful circumstances, and ultimately to rely on God’s strength to persevere and thrive.
Stephen founded Crystal Veritas out of a deep conviction that many Christians struggle to live out the gospel in the midst of life’s busyness and the world’s competing messages. Through his resources, he seeks to provide practical tools that empower believers to grow in their faith, find hope in suffering, and live according to God’s ways. Stephen’s mission is to help others experience the transformative power of the gospel in every aspect of their lives.
